I was just planning my trip to the Beijing Olympics when I came across the news that the Olympics tickets are going to contain all of the personal data of the ticket holder…

They are embedding data such as Passport Number, Home Address and Email Addresses. As if this wasnt bad enough, they are going to embed all of this data on an RFID chip.

This poses as a terrible threat as all this data can be interpreted by anyone as RFID data can easily read wirelessly and someone whois rally dedicated can find ways to break whatever security measures have been taken.

So, I, personally have put down my plans of Beijing. Id rather have my privacy.

I was surprised when i heard that a desktop supercomputer was developed using four Nvidia 9800 GX2 graphics cards. This is equivalent to eight GPUs. This, in effect, does the work of close to 350 CPU cores.

This architecture is similar to that of the PS3 Cell and therefore be used for the medical community and the likes that need this sort of computing power.

Did I tell you this is pretty affordable too?

GM is working on the production of the 2010 Chevy Camaro. It is scheduled to start production by February 2009. And rumours are that it will be released in the Indianapolis Motor Show in Sept 2009.

This beauty has a V8 engine and is all set to take on its competitors. The build is awesome and the features are stunning!
